Colonmate Review
Hello Everyone,
I used colonmate a 2 months ago and I wanted to share my experience with the product with everyone because I've seen a lot of talk about it on the internet and i wanted to just throw in my 2 cents.
I admit I got an email in my inbox and I got hooked into buying it, but I thought...
"hey if there is a free trial and I will be getting my money back if it doesn't work, why not give it a try"
I ordered the cleanser and I waited anxiously to get it in the mail. The delivery was quick so I could start it right away.
My Body:
Before I get into my experience with colonmate, I want to tell you a little about me and my body.
I have been suffering from constipations for A LONG TIME. I always have something wrong with my digestive system. I always here gurgles and I get heartburn a lot. I have to admit that I have not been the best eater in the past, but recently I really have started changing things.
I heard about colon cleansers on TV and I thought it was a great break through in medical science. I decided that I would try one of these colon cleansers to see if they would work for me. Of course time passed and I completely forgot. Everything gets busy around holiday times at work and at home so I forgot.
A few months later I got that email about colonmate and I decided to stop stalling and just go for it. I decided this is going to be the time to change my life forever. I took that email as a sign from God and I was going to get healthy.
Mr First Experience:
The first day I tried colonmate I was STUNNED. I went to the bathroom and the longest and greenest thing came out of my body. I completely freaked out because I had no idea that would actually happen, but it DID.
I took the entire bottle of colonmate and I swear I lost at least 10 pounds from the one bottle. Of couse I didn't just take colonmate I also exorcised and ate well.
My Diet:
I ate primarily vetables, some very lean meats, and fruits. I almost completely cut out
all cheeses and sweets, but I always tend to falter :-)
Conclusion:
In the end I felt that colonamte was a good product. I don't know if other colon cleansers are better than colonmate, but I do know that colonmate worked really well for me.
I hope you enjoyed my review of colonmate. I wanted to be truthful and I wanted to share my great experience. Today I feel much better. I canceled further orders of colonmate, but if it wasn't for that product, I don't think I would be as healthy as I am today.
